Tomas Fontaines Ruiz

Tomas Fontaines Ruiz is a researcher and educationist with over a decade of experience in teaching and research. He is currently a professor at the Universidad Técnica de Machala, Ecuador, and holds a PhD in Discourse Studies from the Central University of Venezuela, where he previously worked as a professor. He specializes in research methodologies, particularly quantitative methods, and serves as the Coordinator of the International Research Teaching Network (RISEi) in Oro, Ecuador. Additionally, he is a researcher specializing in the psycho-didactics of research and researcher training processes. His research interests include psychoeducational processes, researcher training, research methods in social sciences, and psycho-pedagogy. He has presented numerous papers at both international and local academic conferences and has authored and co-authored publications in highly-rated academic journals.
