Her academic background is in conflict and memory studies and its intersection with music subculture. This sits alongside hands-on experience in university education, grants management, and support for marginalised and violent conflict affected communities in Australia, Melanesia, Philippines and the South Caucasus. Originally from Australia now based in Catalonia, Tessa speaks English and Spanish
