Samuel Collard is a Threat Intelligence Analyst with over a decade of experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), counter-terrorism, and disinformation analysis. Currently leading disinformation detection efforts at SecAlliance, Samuel has authored numerous tactical reports on influence operations targeting international clients. He previously served as a Subject Matter Expert on Extreme Right-Wing Terrorism within UK Counter Terrorism Policing, where he led OSINT investigations and advised law enforcement on emerging threats.
An experienced trainer, Samuel has delivered workshops on disinformation monitoring, OSINT tradecraft, and building psychological resilience when handling graphic content. He holds a DISARM Certificate in disinformation analysis and has contributed to intelligence efforts during high-profile international events, including the 2018 Russia World Cup. At the Congress, Samuel will present detection techniques and tools for identifying disinformation, using the 2024 Olympics as a case study to illustrate broader influence operations and geopolitical threats.
