Roberto Ruiz Ballesteros

Roberto Ruiz Ballesteros has a doctorate in Journalism from the Complutense University, a degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Navarra, a master’s in journalism from the newspaper ABC and the Complutense University and a Master in Journalism and Security from the San Pablo CEU University and the General Directorate of police. He has worked as a journalist for 20 years in newspapers such as El Confidencial, Expansión or ABC. He has written economic, investigative and trial reports. He has taught classes at the Nebrija University, at the UNIR, at the Complutense University, at the Policía Nacional, at the UOC and at the Carlos III University, where he has remained for 10 years. He is managing partner of the communications consultancy specialized in litigation Ballesteros. His research interest focuses on the parallel trial, reputation and prior condemnation that occurs in the public opinion before the judicial sentence.
