Massimo Flore is a strategic analyst with expertise in disinformation and hybrid threats. He contributed to shaping the European Commission’s disinformation strategy and has held senior roles with NATO, the United Nations, and UNESCO, working on democracy support, digital governance, and information integrity.
Building on this institutional foundation, he now pursues independent research on the evolving landscape of information warfare, with particular attention to how emerging technologies interact with hostile narratives and exploit collective belief systems. With more than two decades of international experience, he brings institutional insight and a forward-looking perspective that bridges policy, strategy, and research.
He is finalizing a book on disinformation and its impact on the information ecosystem, combining practical strategies for resilience with a broader reflection on how manipulation reshapes perceptions of reality
