Martin Paučin

Martin Paučin is a full-time PhD student at the Faculty of Mass Media Communication, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, Slovakia. His research focuses on esports, gamification, and the educational potential of digital games, with a particular emphasis on soft-skills development through competitive gaming. He is actively involved in the management and coordination of the university’s esports club UCM TEDI Bears, where he applies his research in practice and collaborates with professional teams in Central Europe
