Mar Garcia Gordillo

Professor and PhD in journalism. She has taught in several master's degrees, including the Master of European Studies, where she coordinates the subject of Communication of the European Institutions. Passionate about EU communication and information about it, she has directed several undergraduate, master's and doctoral projects on this subject. Her research specialization revolves around international political information, political communication, journalistic quality standards and gender studies. She is a member of the Communication and Social Sciences research group (SEJ-619). She is currently participating in two research projects: Journalistic information and well-being: analysis of the social function of the Andalusian newspaper company and the role of citizens in digital political communication. She is responsible for work package 7 on "Dissemination and sustainability" of the European University UlyssEUs.
