Leonardo Desideri is a journalist and independent researcher. He holds a PhD in Communication from Universidad de Navarra and a BA in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero. Since 2019, he has been a reporter with Gazeta do Povo, where he covers politics, communication, and law. Previously, he worked as a technology journalist at Grupo Folha and contributed as a freelance writer to leading Brazilian media outlets. He was also a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin in 2015, focusing on digital communication.
