Ivan Smekalin

Ivan Smekalin is a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Social and Cognitive Informatics and a PhD researcher in the Department of Sociology at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), Saint Petersburg. He graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at HSE and holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS), Paris. Alongside his academic work, Ivan has professional experience in the foodtech and fintech industries, where he has conducted marketing and user research
