Felipe Núñez Sánchez is a PhD candidate in Media Research at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), supported by a national FPU fellowship. His doctoral research focuses on climate change and the social perception of science, investigating how media influence public understanding and attitudes towards environmental issues. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Humanities, with a minor in Sociology from UC3M. He also earned a Master's degree in Cultural Theory from the same institution. Additionally, he completed a specialized postgraduate program in Statistical Techniques and Machine Learning at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complementing his expertise with statistics, survey analysis, and R programming courses. His academic interests lie in science communication, social behaviour, media effects, and quantitative research methods.
