Daniela Dumulescu, PhD, is a Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She has been involved in more than 15 applied projects implemented in collaboration with national and international organizations, including the World Bank, UNICEF Romania, the Ministry of Education, and Youth for Understanding Spain. She has also been awarded multiple grants to present her research at scientific conferences in Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, and the United States.
Her research and professional activities focus on applied psychology and the development of strategies for enhancing prosocial and emotional competencies in young people. Her main research interests include youth civic and political engagement, socio-emotional skills development programs, and the exploration of meaning in life and careers.
