Carlos Galan Cordero

Carlos Galan Cordero is a graduate in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Master in International Relations and Communication from the Camilo José Cela University (UCJC) and Expert in Cyberthreats and Cyberintelligence from the Pablo de Olavide University (UPO). He has worked as a Legal Consultant at the Legal Technology Agency (ATL) and as a Legal Technician at the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) in those areas of Digital Law that constitute his specialty: hybrid threats, disinformation, privacy and cybersecurity. He has been a member of the research team of the project "Strategic communications as a key factor in countering hybrid threats” of the European Parliament. He also collaborates in several research groups on hybrid threats, cognitive warfare and disinformation of the Department of Homeland Security and has participated as a speaker on these topics in various Universities, Research Centres, Think Tanks and national and international Conventions. Currently he combines his work as a consultant with that of a professor at the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M) and the Antonio de Nebrija University (U.Nebrija) in subjects related to ICT Law, Intelligence and Counterintelligence and International Relations.
