Anthony González Pacanowski

Anthony González is a professor at the University of Alicante, accredited with several six-year research periods (ANECA and AVAP). He holds a PhD in Communication from Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona (2005) and has been a professor at various university centers in Barcelona between 2005 and 2019, teaching subjects related to corporate communication, advertising innovation, digital marketing, and electronic content. He has been a researcher in four National Research Plans and the director of two doctoral theses. He graduated in Information Sciences from the University of Navarra and has worked as a communications professional in Spain since 1982, specializing in advertising (McCann Erickson, 2003) and written journalism (Unidad Editorial). He is also the CEO of NewMedia World and other agencies. He has contributed to the publication of several books and various academic articles referenced in Q1. Additionally, he has developed international digital communication projects for companies and corporations. His current research areas focus on the digital reputational communication of brands and corporate communication in the medical and healthcare sectors. He is a member of the Cosoco Research Group at UA and the Digidoc Group at Pompeu Fabra University. He also collaborates with other institutions on research projects.
