Anna Sendra Toset

Anna Sendra Toset received a BA in Journalism in 2013, a MA in Strategic Communication in the Risk Society in 2014, and a PhD in Anthropology and Communication in 2019, all from Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain). Just after graduating, she took up a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Ottawa (Canada, 2019-2020) and then moved to Finland to continue with her career, where she currently works as a project manager for the DARIAH-FI research infrastructure in the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences at Tampere University. Overall, her research focuses in studying digitization processes from different perspectives, especially in the context of health. She counts with a total of 18 publications, including 13 peer-reviewed articles presented at numerous scientific meetings and conferences of different scope. Dr. Sendra Toset is also a member of InfUSE, a research group affiliated with the Tampere University Research Centre for Communication Sciences (Taru).
